Transmod Solutions aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned. Where this is the case, returns will be accepted if all of the following terms and conditions are met and the returns procedure followed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
- We must be advised of the intention to return an item within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- A returns number must be obtained from us and stated clearly on the packaging, so we have a means of identification upon return. We are unable to process returns without a returns number.
- Goods must be returned unused and complete, including the original packaging and any paperwork and fixings.
- We must receive the returned product within 14 calendar days following the date of receipt at your address.
The following items will not be accepted under this policy -
- Any product which has been fitted to a vehicle, unless it is faulty and a return has been accepted on warranty terms.
- Any product that has been tailormade for you, where every effort has been made by us to ensure that it is correct on dispatch.
- Contact the sales team on 01487 710860 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to inform us of the reason for wishing to return the item(s) and to obtain a returns number and full return details. This must be done within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods.
- Goods must be returned unused, complete and in the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the original date of delivery.
- Once returned, we will advise you of receipt of item(s).
- A refund will be arranged and returned by the same method in which it was paid, no more than 30 days after the receipt of the returned item(s).
Refunds for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, will be returned using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, and will exclude the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we receive your returned product.
